 Bonnie-Lynne is Dr. Wilson's wife and is the practice manager. She has her masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and also works as a bereavement counselor for Northeast Georgia Health System Hospice where she intervenes with children who have lost a parent or sibling. She was born and raised in Oglethorpe, Georgia, and has lived in Gainesville since 2006. She loves to spend time with her family, friends, and dogs, as well as travel and dance. She enjoys getting to know the patients and parents within our practice as well as working collaboratively with her husband, Dr. Wilson, to pursue his dreams of providing excellent orthodontic treatment to his patients. Bonnie-Lynne especially enjoys working in the exciting, up-beat, patient-friendly environment present at our office. Dr. Wilson and Bonnie-Lynne are expecting their first daughter, Lilly-Kate, in April!
 Tracey is our patient communication coordinator, and she also works as a chair-side orthodontic assistant. She has worked in our practice since 1998 and has over 26 years of orthodontic experience. She is from Dahlonega, Georgia, and has lived in Gainesville since 1998. She is married to Joey and has two sons, Zach and Chase, and a daughter, Ansley. She is very active in the local school system.
- Favorite thing about the practice of orthodontics: Seeing great smiles and watching children, teens, and adults who would not smile in the beginning, just smile and light up after treatment.
- Favorite thing about working with Dr. Wilson: He truly cares about his patients and is always interested in what they do.

 Debi is one of our front office coordinators and has been with our practice since 1997. She is from Beaver Falls, PA and has lived in Gainesville since 1973. She has two sons, Charlie and Michael, and one daughter, Lisa. She enjoys swimming, boating, traveling, and reading.
- Favorite thing about the practice of orthodontics: Watching the amazing transformations into beautiful smiles!
- Favorite thing about working with Dr. Wilson: He's great to work for and obviously enjoys working with his patients producing great results.
- Favorite things about your job: Working with the patients and staying busy with the wonderful challenges the job provides.
 Linda is our financial coordinator and has been with our practice for over 18 years. She is from San Antonio, Texas, and has lived in Demorest, Georgia, since 1983. She has two daughters, Jennifer and Shannon, and a grandson, Christian, with another grandbaby on the way. She enjoys cooking, baking, gardening, music, and lots of fun time with her favorite little person, her grandson.
- Favorite thing about the practice of orthodontics: The Great Smiles! Seeing how great smiles give patients confidence; it really makes them feel good about themselves!
- Favorite thing about working with Dr. Wilson: It has been refreshing working with Dr. Wilson and Bonnie-Lynne. He has great expectations for our office and great incentives for our patients. He is easy-going, kind, understanding, and appreciative of his employees!
- Favorite things about your job: Meeting patients and families.
 Cheryl is one of our front office coordinators and has worked in our practice for over 20 years. She was born in Gainesville and has lived here her whole life. She enjoys reading, traveling, and water sports. She has one daughter, Katie, who also works in our office.
- Favorite thing about the practice of orthodontics: Watching children grow into young adults with beautiful smiles.

- Favorite things about your job: Interacting with the patients and parents and sharing their joyful, new smiles.
 Pam is one of our chair-side orthodontic assistants and recently joined our team in 2007. She has over 22 years of orthodontic experience. She is from Phoenix, Arizona, and has lived in Flowery Branch since 2001. Pam is married to Eddie and has two daughters, Chelsea and Taylor, and one son, Marchelo. She enjoys spending time with her family, photography, hiking, gardening, and riding motor cycles.
- Favorite thing about the practice of orthodontics: Working with patients on a regular basis creating friendships and watching their smiles improve along with the look on their faces when the braces come off.
- Favorite thing about working with Dr. Wilson: His drive and excitement about doing whatever it takes to be successful and excellent at what he does.
- Favorite things about your job: The fun, relaxed atmosphere with co-workers.
 Kelley is a Certified Orthodontic Assistant and has been with our team since 2009. She is from Anderson, S.C. and has lived in Marin G.A. since 2006. Kelley enjoys riding horses, watching movies, motorcycle racing and spending time with her two dogs Chloe and Titan.
- Favorite thing about the practice of orthodontics: Meeting new people and creating wonderful relationships.
- Favorite thing about working with Dr. Wilson: He is very funny and laid back person and truly enjoys is profession.
- Favorite things about your job: The fun atmosphere with co-workers and seeing the difference that braces make in people’s lives.
 Sarah is another one of our chair side technicians. She has been working in the field of Orthodontics since 1986. She joined our team in March 2008. Sarah was born and raised in Ft. Lauderdale, FL and has been in the Atlanta area for 16 years. She is married, and has a dog and two cats that still live at home. She enjoys traveling, scuba diving and looking for any excuse to ride her motorcycle.
- My favorite thing about orthodontics is watching our patients grow up and seeing their smiles change along with their confidence.
- My favorite thing about working with Dr. Wilson is his enthusiasm and easy going personality. He is always looking for ways to better his team, and practice to benefit our past, present, and future patients.

Shannon is one of our chair side orthodontic assistants and recently joined our team in August 2009. She has over 13 years of orthodontic experience. She is from Snellville, Ga., but has lived in Gainesville since 2008. She has a son, Taylor and a daughter, Amber. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, shopping, exercising and vacationing at the beach.
- Favorite thing about the practice: Being able to see the process of transforming smiles from start to finish.
- Favorite thing about working with Dr. Wilson: He gives 100% to each and every patient, his easy going, fun personality and how much he cares for his patients as well as his Orthodontic Team!

Michele is one of our chair side orthodontic assistants and recently joined our team July 2009. She has over 10 years of Orthodontic experience. She is from Madison Georgia and has lived in Flowery Branch since 2005. She enjoys singing in the choir at Free Chapel and spending time with family and friends. She loves anything to do with being outdoors, snow skiing, camping, wakeboarding, ski diving, traveling, and reading.
- Favorite thing about the practice of orthodontics: Providing patients with more confident smiles. Seeing the patient’s gratification at the end of treatment makes my job more rewarding.
- Favorite thing about working with Dr. Wilson: Dr. Wilson is a very intelligent and well respected individual. It is a great privilege to work alongside of Dr. Wilson. He is very caring and knowledgeable of all the new high-tech advances orthodontics has to offer. He really cares about his patients and is very passionate about his work. He is truly the Best Doctor I've worked with. He has a great since of humor and is an awesome Boss!

Margie has 23 years of experience in the dental field. She is from Maysville, Georgia and have lived in Gillsville since 1975 with her husband, Charles. They have one daughter, Jessi, and have two wonderful grandchildren, Jake and Addi. She enjoys cooking, reading, karaoke, riding motorcycles, but most of all, spending time with her grandchildren.
